Terms
By creating a Estadia account you agree to run the product for properties you are allowed to operate.
Use
Estadia is software for hospitality operations. Do not upload unlawful content, scan rooms you do not operate, or attempt to access another tenant.
Trial and paid plans
Signup includes a 14-day trial. Stripe may collect a payment method; the first invoice is issued when the trial ends unless you cancel. Starter, Professional, and Enterprise limits are listed on the pricing page.
Availability
The product is offered as-is during this phase. We aim for a working hub, field app, and QR flow, without a contractual uptime commitment until an Enterprise agreement says otherwise.
