Privacy

This notice describes what Estadia stores when you create a workspace or use the guest QR page. It is product documentation, not a law-firm policy.

Account

If you sign up, Supabase Auth stores your email, name, and session. Locale is a cookie on this device. We do not sell contact lists.

Workspace

Organization, properties, rooms, work orders, comments, and photos you attach live in your tenant. Guest QR reports include the text and photo the guest sends.

Billing

Paid plans and the trial checkout go through Stripe. Estadia stores the subscription status, not the full card number.

Questions

Write to hello@estadia.io if you need a copy or deletion of workspace data you own.
